Clinical Director · Terrain MedicineDr Æsir leads difficult-case synthesis, develops the Terrain Medicine framework and directs the historical, anthropological, biblical and clinical research behind Absurd Health’s protocols and publications.
His role is to make the whole case intelligible: what changed, which findings move together, what remains uncertain and which next decision can be defended.

The wider team is intentionally unnamed. Perspectives represented across the network include MDs, naturopaths, Ayurvedic medicine, natural medicine, Native American herbalism and Traditional Chinese Medicine. The appropriate disciplines are brought to each case; the client receives one structured working model rather than disconnected recommendations.
Naturopathic perspective
Nutrition, metabolism, digestion, environmental burden and individualized terrain strategy are considered together.
Ayurvedic medicine
Constitution, digestion, rhythm, resilience and adaptation contribute an additional whole-person lens.

Medical care, psychological services, educational work, naturopathic strategy and prescribing authority are not interchangeable. Intake identifies the client’s physical location and clarifies who is responsible for each part of care.
Professional participation, licensure and permitted scope are matched to the case and jurisdiction. Remote access does not imply that every service is legally available in every location.
